Ingredients: Potato, E471, E450, E330, E304, Natural Color (Turmeric)


To purée, add half a liter of boiling water, a spoon (dessert) of salt, a little butter and spices to taste. Then, remove from the heat and add 2.5 dl of cold milk or vegetable drink to taste. Then add 125g of potato flakes and leave to rest for a few minutes. Finally, mix slowly until the desired consistency is obtained (4/5 servings).
