DIRECTIONS FOR USE: WASH THE MILLET AND COOK WITH TRIPLE OF WATER FOR 30 MINUTES.
It originates from the African and Asian continents, having been one of the first cereals to be cultivated, 6000 years ago. Thus, it is an older food than rice. It is a naturally gluten-free cereal and is high in fiber, vitamin B1 (thiamine), folic acid, phosphorus and magnesium. It is also a source of iron, zinc and vitamins B6 and B2.
In addition to being an alternative to rice, pasta or potatoes, it can also be used in other sweet or savory dishes .
